That the Subcouncil approved the initiation of the process for the review of the eight (8) 2012 approved District Spatial Development Frameworks (previously called District Spatial Plans);
That the Subcouncil approved the specific geographic boundary delineation for the respective District Spatial Development Frameworks;
That the Subcouncil communicates this project henceforth as the District Spatial Development Framework (District SDF) Review;
That the Subcouncil supported that the District Spatial Development Frameworks, once agreed to/approved, be the informant of the technical update of the CTMSDF and the new cycle IDP in 2022 by Council in its new term of office;
That the Subcouncil supported the proposal to conduct and participate in the proposed built environment empowerment training programme for councillors, officials and community stakeholders.
