That it BE NOTED that an application for an event / temporary liquor license received from SRC Freshers Bash: Ref Number: E19030031; Tygerburger Kareoke Like a Star: Ref Number: E19030017 and: Ref Nikita Event: Ref Number: T1903001 in terms of section 48 of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended by the Western Cape Liquor Amendment Act, 2010 and Western Cape Liquor Regulations, 2011 was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended.
Subcouncil 6 recommended that the applications for SRC Freshers Bash: Ref Number: E19030031; Tygerburger Kareoke Like a Star: Ref Number: E19030017 and: Nikita Event: Ref Number: T1903001 BE SUPPORTED.
