It be NOTED that an application for the extension of liquor trading days and hours’ received, was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
SubCouncil 19 recommended that the application for the extension of liquor trading hours for reference WCP/035309 Glencairn Tops Liquor Store, erf 3619, Glencairn Shopping Centre, Shop 7/7A, Cnr Glen Beach Way & Birkenhead Road, Glencairn be APPROVED, for:
1. Mondays to Saturdays, 18:00 until 20:00 for Consumption OFF Premises
2. Sundays, 11:00 until 18:00 for Consumption OFF Premises
