Mr Richard White, Subcouncil Manager, has been sent to the Councillors.
It has also been sent to the Public Participation Unit and to Ms Fiona ogle, Legal Advisor to the MPT. She advised him that she was aware of the Judgement but the Municipal Planning By-law could not address or accommodate the Judgement. She will liaise with National Government in terms of the Judgement.
The Chairperson requested that feedback be provided in 6 months’ time.
