The Subcouncil Manager informed the members that report deals with C3 notifications created and closed 1 February 2019 to 5 March 2019. The Subcouncil follow up with various Line departments all open C3 Notifications open in the system on weekly basis.
RESOLVED
• The members NOTED the report and requested that a spreadsheet be extracted of C3 complaints logged by Ward Clerks. .
