Resolution detail

a) That the application for extension of liquor trading hours from 11:00 to 18:00 Sunday trading for off-consumption premises in respect of Game Liquors (N1 City), Erf 39244, Game Centre N1 City, Shop 2, Willie Faasen Street, Goodwood, 7500, Licence Reference Number: WCP/037657 – Ward 27 BE APPROVED. b) Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behavior of patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn. A c) Any complaints received concerning noise and/or unruly behavior of patrons will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority and may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor licence.
