Resolution detail

a) That the application for extension of liquor trading days from 11:00 to 18:00 Sunday trading for Off-Consumption premises in respect of Pick n Pay Liquors N1 City, Erf 32491, N1 City Mall, Louwtjie Rothman Street & Frans Conradie Avenue, Goodwood, 7500, Licence Reference Number: WCP/002734 – Ward 27 BE APPROVED b) Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behavior of patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn. A c) ny complaints received concerning noise and/or unruly behavior of patrons will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority and may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor licence.
