Resolution detail

a) That the application for extension of liquor trading hours from 18:00 to 20:00 Monday to Saturday trading for off-consumption premises in respect of Pick n Pay Liquors N1 City, Erf 32491, N1 City Mall, Louwtjie Rothman Street, Frans Conradie Avenue, Goodwood, 7500, Licence Reference Number: WCP/002734 - Ward 27 BE APPROVED b) Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behavior of patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn. c) Any complaints received concerning noise and/or unruly behavior of patrons will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority and may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor licence.
