UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that the lease of portion of public street, being a portion of Erf 192 Roggebaai, situated at corner of Hertzog Boulevard and D.F Malan, Roggebaai, shown hatched and lettered ABCD curve EFGH curve JK curve L on the sketch STC 2931v2 marked annexure A attached to the report, in extent approximately 4840 m², to Gadija Vallie t/a Dubne Secure Parking, or her successors in title, BE APPROVED subject to inter alia the following conditions, that: a)A market rental of R88 000 per month, inclusive of rates and excluding VAT calculated at the rate applicable at the time of transaction be payable; escalating at 8% per annum. The monthly rental is effective and payable as from 2017-08-01; b)The rental will escalate at 8% per annum; c)The lease will endure for a period of three (3) years; d)The property be used for parking purposes only; e)Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority; f)Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements; g)No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property
