It is recommended that:
(a) It BE NOTED that an application for a Section 36 New Liquor Licence received from Beach Road Kwik Spar - Strand was considered and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
(b) It is recommended that Subcouncil 8 SUPPORTS the application for a new Liquor Licence Beach Road Tops – Strand (LLA1805004), Erf17973, Beach Road, Die Koop Sentrum, Strand in Ward 83.
