That Subcouncil submit comments on the report relating to the authorisation to conduct a public participation process in terms of the Municipal Asset Transfer Regulations (MATR) with regards to making available for redevelopment of a number of site across Cape Town via a competitive process for the purposes of Carbon-Neutral Development Demonstrations projects
