Mr Charl September said the report is for noting and information purposes. • Cllr Moses informed the members that a low percentage of individuals from ward 44 and Subcouncil 11 benefited from the Harambee program. He said 50 thousands of youth flocked to register at the Athlone Stadium and only 3 thousand received employment. • Mr September informed the members that land reservation application meeting is scheduled 16 August 2018 and the air conditioners completed in Heideveld as well as those to be built. • Cllr Antonio van der Rheede said that he will make a recommendation to the Director to look at the number of housing projects in the near future. The underway construction of the ECD in the area which means more people will be requiring library services in the catchment area of Heideveld. The Subcouncil members NOTED the information.
