The Subcouncil Manager informed the meeting that the area in question is the one that connects to the green belt, but on e that is used by Shembe Church at the corner of Ilitha Park and Harare in Steve Biko Road.
The Subcouncil Manger Further advised that the recommendation to as follows: It is recommended that the Subcouncil approach the Parks and Recreation Department to give Subcouncil a report on plans for developing Erf 38552, Khayelitsha's sports field as there is no sports field in Ward 98, and the Councillors accepted.
