Resolution detail
a) That the application for extension of liquor trading hours from 11:00 to 18:00 Sunday trading for off-consumption premises in respect of: Top Drop liquors, erf 4870, Shop 2, 117 Hugo Street, Goodwood, Licence Reference Number: WCP/035786 – Ward 26 BE APPROVED.
b) Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn.
c) Any complaints received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority and may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor license.
