RESOLVED that:
It BE NOTED that an application for a Section 48(4) Event
Liquor Licence received from Thulani Nkqayi, 24 216 Racaza
Bardale, Mfuleni was considered in terms of sub delegated
authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded
to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act,
2008, as amended:
SubCouncil 22 recommends that the application reference number. E180313, for the Redlips Shandeez received from Thulani Nkqayi, 24 216 Racaza Bardale, Mfuleni, BE SUPPORTED.
