The Subcouncil Manager, Mr Marius Coetsee briefed the meeting as to the report.
UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED to be RECOMMENDED that Council allocates the unallocated balance of the ward allocation funds to the relevant projects as set out in Annexure A attached to the report, in the 2018/19 Draft budget.
