Mr Thomas Bosman gave an in-depth presentation: See Addendum B. Concerns raised: •What about the ownership and the access of data? •Is this being marketing to the private sector? •On page 142 of the report, why is it reflecting no expenditure? •Any plans to roll-out in the other areas? In response, Mr Bosman stated: •Received some positive responses from interested parties. •Service providers can now operate separately. Won’t be able to use or see each other’s data. •This is just a pilot project, however, it will only be feasible in dense area where the use is required.
