Ald Purchase introduced this item and informed the Public that all concerns/issues were addressed with various line departments at these ACT meetings respectively. Arising out of the ACT minutes the following perpetrations were made: Ald Purchase stated that Metro Police had successful arrests in Ocean View. A new Lieutenant had been appointed at Ocean View Police station. Cllr Ndaleni encouraged all business owners apply to rezone properties to be zoned for business use, because of the water crisis, each Subcouncil should have an immediate response team, to water leakages and pipe bursts. Subcouncil Manager, Desiree Mentor informed that ACT meetings have been scheduled for end November for all outstanding matters. RESOLVED that, i)The above minutes be NOTED ii)The matters of concern be discussed at the relevant ACT meetings.
