a)That Subcouncil 4 SUPPORT and RECOMMEND to Council that the amount of R755 159 available for the reallocation, forthcoming from additional allocations and the 2016/17 balances, be allocated to the projects as set out in Annexure A of the report.
b)That the new projects and the 2017/108 budget amendments BE INCLUDED in the January Adjustment Budget.
