Resolution detail

a) Subcouncil 4 resolves to NOT SUPPORT the application for extension of liquor trading hours and days from 02:00 to 04:00, Monday to Sunday trading for ON CONSUMPTION: Erf 21605, 315 Voortrekker Road, Goodwood, subject to the following reasons: i) Anti-social behaviour ii) Damage to properties by patrons iii) Vehicle theft b) Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn. c) Any complaints received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority and may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor license.
