RESOLVED ON 16 OCTOBER 2017 Report on the agenda as item 06SUB10/10/17. Ms Jansen reported that Mr Greg Pillay provided the following feedback: The Subcouncil boundaries are not coinciding as yet with DRMC area boundaries, as the Safety and Security Directorate has not to date reached alignment of these boundaries. This matter was brought to the attention of the Executive Director of Safety and Security: Mr Richard Bosman, who indicated that this is a medium term goal that requires extensive consultation. RESOLVED That the response be noted. That the item be closed on the matters receiving attention. FOR INFORMATION: ALL RESOLVED ON 18 SEPTEMBER 2017 That the Quarterly Reports: Disaster Risk Management Centre: April to June 2017 for Subcouncil 6 BE DEFERRED to the October 2017 subcouncil meeting.
