In view of this it was UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED That the renewal of the extension of liquor trading hours (off-consumption) in respect of Phoenix Liquor Store, situated at 8B Freedom Park, Milky Way Lane, Phoenix, Milnerton – Monday to Saturday 09:00 – 20:00 and Sunday’s 11:00 – 18:00 BE REFUSED and therefor the trading hours will remain as previously approved by PLANAP on 22 July 2016, Item: PLANAP 26/07/16, it being that the Committee revoked the decision taken by Subcouncil 1 at the meeting held on 14 June 2016 to refuse the application for extended trading hours, and decided as follows: Extended hours for trading on Monday to Saturday be approved from 18:00 to 19:00 and Sunday from 11:00 – 16:00.
