After extensive debate it was unanimously RESOLVED:
A) That the application for the renewal of extended trading hours (on-consumption) submitted by Poole Lounge, Erf 28289, Shop D1 & D2 Leonardo Park, Link Road, Parklands be REFUSED for the following reasons:
1. The constant flow of complaints in respect of the noise nuisances;
2. The Poole Lounge operating without the relevant business licence;
3. Patrons being allowed to leave the premises with liquor that was bought on the premises and consuming it outside of the lounge;
4. The Poole Lounge not adhering to the current approved trading hours.
