A) That Mr Shaun van der Merwe and Mr Allie Etzebeth be invited to attend the next Activity day scheduled for the 19th of September 2017 to address the concerns of Councillors regarding outstanding C3 notifications.
B) That the Subcouncil Manager be tasked with ensuring that the C3 notifications schedules be added to all future Subcouncil Agendas.
