UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that it be RECOMMENDED to the Executive Director: Assets and Facilities Management that the residential property located on Erf 164060 Cape Town, situated at no 6 Vine Street, Cape Town in extent approximately 299m² BE LEASED to Mr Brian Donald Tilley, subject to inter alia the following conditions: a) That a market - related rental of R12 700 per month, excluding VAT, be payable; b) That a lease be entered into a period of 3 years, and to include a condition that the lessee accepts and agree explicitly, that should the property be needed at any time during the currency of the lease for any municipal purposes, three calendar months’ notice in writing, will be issued to vacate the property; c) The rental will be escalate at 8% per annum on the anniversary of the lease; d) The property be used for residential purposes; e) Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority; f) Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements; g) No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property
