Ms Roslynn Groep represented the Environmental Resource Management Department and stated as follows:
• Advertisement was placed in June 2017 and no response was received.
• Will re-advertise in September and had scheduled a meeting on 18 August with Supply Chain Management in this regard.
• Will do a presentation to Subcouncil 16 in September.
UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that a presentation be given at the September meeting.
