• This is to confirm that Erf 3331, Durbanville, is no longer considered for the e-sport project;
• Property Management has been requested by Subcouncil 7 to investigate the closure, rezoning and sale by public tender of Erf 3331, Durbanville, for religious and education purposes;
• The property has been included in Property Management’s disposal program;
• The property disposal process is illustrated in the attachment;
• Current status: TDA assessment;
• A report will be submitted to Subcouncil on the process forward on receipt of the TDA assessment.
