It was noted that the report reflects Cllr Shayne Ramsay as ward councillor instead of Cllr Brandon Golding.
After discussion, Subcouncil 16 supported the recommendation as reflected in the report.
UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that for the reasons as contained in the report, the application for building line departure for Erf 2587, Oranjezicht, 11 Trek Road as set out in the annexure A attached to the report, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 15 of the Land Use Planning Ordinance, no.15 of 1985.
