19/06/17: The Subcouncil 16 Manager, Mr Marius Coetsee informed the meeting that an interview was granted for both the applicant and objector for item 24, which was declined. The objections by CBRRA were also withdrawn by Mr Chris Willemse.
Mr Gregory September briefed the meeting as to the report.
After discussion, Subcouncil 16 supported the recommendations as reflected in the report.
UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that for the reasons as contained in the report:
a) the application for the subdivision of Erf 886 Camps Bay
(as indicated on the Subdivision Plan, annexure D1 to the report) BE APPROVED in terms of Sections 25 of the Land Use Planning Ordinance, (Ordinance 15 of 1985).
b) that the following departures in terms of Section 15 of the Land Use Planning Ordinance, 1985 (Ordinance 15 of 1985) BE APPROVED as contained in annexure A attached to the report.
c) that the second dwelling unit on Portion 1 of the proposed subdivision BE APPROVED in terms of Sections 2.3.1 of the City of Cape Town Zoning Scheme.
15/05/17: The Subcouncil Manager, Mr Marius Coetsee, informed the
meeting that the objector is out of town and suggested that the report be deferred to the next Subcouncil meeting.
UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that the application for the
Subdivision, Council Consent and Departure of Erf 886, 34 Medburn Road, Camps Bay BE DEFERRED to the next Subcouncil meeting.
