19/06/17: Mr Gregory September represented the Land Use Management Department. Cllr Bryant confirmed that a site inspection took place on the 13/06/17. After discussion, Subcouncil 16 supported the recommendation as reflected in the report. UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that for the reasons as contained in the report, the subdivision of Erf 300 Green Point, as per plan of subdivision LUM/07/300, BE APPROVED in terms of the Land Use Planning Ordinance No.15 of 1985, subject to the conditions contained in annexure A attached to the report. 15/05/17: Mr Gregory September briefed the meeting as to the report. After discussion, Subcouncil 16 agreed to the following: UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that the application for the the subdivision in terms of the Land Use Planning Ordinance No. 15 of 1985: Erf 300 Green Point, 39 Merriman Road BE DEFFERED to allow an on-site inspection.
