UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that:
a) The lease of the City land being a portion of REM Erf 2113 Vredehoek situated at Wexford Road, Vredehoek
shown hatched and lettered ABC curve DE on the sketch
STC 2822 marked annexure A attached to the report, in extent approximately 21m², to Pauline Joan Nepgen owner of Erf 1576 Vredehoek or her successors in title, BE APPROVED subject to inter alia the following conditions that:
b) A market related rental of R450 per month excluding VAT of 14% where applicable, being R63 (in total - R513) be payable, the monthly rental is to be adjusted on the basis of 8% per annum compounded annually on a pro rata basis commencing 6 months from 01 July 2016. Rental will be reviewed after 5 years;
c) The lease will endure for a period of 10 years;
d) The property be used for off- street parking and security requirements;
e) Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director Property Management in terms of her delegated authority;
f) Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements;
g) No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property,
h) The objection is not upheld.
