The draft advert is completed and is with TDA and once it is finalized it will be forwarded to Communications Department in order to be placed in the local newspaper for public notification. The project will commence in March 2019 and be completed in June 2019.

•Goodman Rorwana reported that the draft advert is completed by the Public Participation Unit and once it is finalized it will be forwarded to the Communications Department in order to be placed in the local newspaper for public notification. The project will commence in March 2019 and will be completed in June 2019.

•Cllr Khatshwa stated that he is happy with the progress made and suggested that the item be removed from the MRA’s.
