It was NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from Pick a Pay Liquor Fish Hoek was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
The application for a Consumption OFF premises in respect of Pick a Pay Liquor Fish Hoek reference no.LLA1702002, NOT BE SUPPORTED for reasons set out in the report.
