a) That the C3 Notification report for January 2017 BE NOTED.
b) That a workshop be arranged for the councillors to discuss the C3 reports and draw a ward analysis from the information.
c) That Mr Eugene Kotze be contacted to obtain the name of the facilitator for such a workshop.
