DISCUSSION: It was noted that the spatial development plan required clarifications and/or amendments which were subsequently received resulting in the re-submission for approval of the SDP to TDA. The Subcouncil will be informed once approved.

That the progress ito revised Spatial Development Plan BE NOTED and the Subcouncil be provided with a copy once approved.

That the Subcouncil be provided with a schedule indicating progress and that the item BE REMOVED from the MRA schedule on the basis that the matter will further be dealt with administratively by Subcouncil.
