Mr Saul Jacobs represented the Property Department.
In June 2016, Subcouncil 16 deferred this item as the valuation had lapsed. However on 1 August, Mr. Jacobs advised that the valuation is deemed valid, provided the escalation clause is applied.
Cllr Diamond stated that a full valuation report was required before a decision in this matter could be made.
UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED to DEFER this application in order that a detailed valuation report be submitted to Subcouncil 16.
