UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED
That it be NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from Afri-Wines was considered in terms of delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 07 recommends that the application for a Consumption OFF Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA1611010, for the business Afri-Wines BE CONDITIONALLY SUPPORTED.
This application is conditionally Supported.
Subject to the following conditions:
The premises must be managed as an administrative office only (office practice usage) , and no liquor will be delivered, stored or dispatched from the premises.
