UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a) The application received from Retrospective Trading 820 CC, trading as 100 Main Road, Sea Point, for a business licence for health and entertainment nightclub or discotheque and cinema or theatre, Erf 653, 100 Main Road, Sea Point BE GRANTED, subject to the standard endorsements for this category of licence as reflected in the report.
b) Authority be granted to the Head: Environmental Health to sign and issue the necessary licence in (a) above.
