b. The application for Permanent Departure, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 145949 Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015.
c. The application for City approval (access to the roof) in terms of the Development Management Scheme, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 145949 Cape Town, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015.
