RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R1 200 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 8058, Kuils River in accordance with Annexure B.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the planner’s report and corrected the spelling of contraventions in reason 6.3
6.3. The building work contraventions have been in existence for a medium term duration of approximately 2 years.
