RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 4209 Kommetjie regarding the unauthorized building work shown on the plans drawn by Barry Benjamin with drawing numbers 2212/C1001 & 2212/C1002, both dated September 2022.
