Resolution details

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:

a. The application for subdivision of Erf 830 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with plan of subdivision / consolidation LUM/16/830, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. The application for consolidation of Portion 2 of Erf 830 Constantia with Remainder Erf 829 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with plan of subdivision / consolidation LUM/16/830.

c. The application for a departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 830 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

Additional Conditions

4. Tree Survey and Plan
4.1. No mature trees are to be uprooted, destroyed or felled without prior written permission of the Head: Environment & heritage Management

4.2. That a full Tree Survey be provided as part of a Tree Protection Plan together with a Tree planting plan to the satisfaction of The Head: Environmental & Heritage Management
