An administrative penalty in the amount of R500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 4096, Pelikan Park, regarding the unauthorised building work in the form of a braai/storeroom as shown on the plan, drawing no. AP-LA-101, dated 10/08/2023.
