An administrative penalty in the amount of R7 500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 51440 Cape Town at Claremont regarding the unauthorised building work as shown on the plan drawn by Beth Harvey, with drawing number 01-01-23-1, dated 30-03-2023.
