RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The application for rezoning of erf 1760, Durbanville from Single Residential Zoning 1: Conventional Housing (SR1) to General Residential Subzoning 2 (GR2) to permit 11 residential units BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (as amended) in accordance with the SDP attached as Annexure C and subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The application for permanent departure from the 4.5m north west common building line on erf 1760, Durbanville to 3m to accommodate unit 11 BE APPROVED, in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (as amended) in accordance with the SDP attached as Annexure C.
c. The application for approval of a site development plan (including tree survey and landscaping plan) related to erf 1760, Durbanville and attached as Annexure C, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (as amended).
ANNEXURE A
Amendments
1.2. Permanent Departures from the 4.5m North West common building line on Erf 1760, Durbanville to 3m to accommodate unit 11 in accordance with the SDP attached as Annexure C.
The word “units” be changed to “unit” in condition 2.1
2.7.2 DC’s will be payable prior to approval of building plans.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the planner’s report except correction in reason 7.7 ( are changed to is and 7.8 has changed to have)
