An administrative penalty in the amount of R3 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 152458 Cape Town at Muizenberg with regard to the unauthorised building work as shown on the plans drawn by TA Planners with drawing number 0028/21 (sheets 1 & 2), dated 2021-10-04.
