An administrative penalty in the amount of R2 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 118286 Cape Town regarding the unauthorised balcony as shown on the plans drawn by Petersen Solutions, drawing numbers 20_201 & 21-201, both revision C, and both dated 16/04/2021.
