RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
The application for Council’s Consent, in terms of Section 42(i) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, to permit a Place of Instruction on Erf 20707, Bellville, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with the plan attached as plan number: 20038-001 dated 2021-08-30 and subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
Amended Conditions
2.11. Noise producing equipment (generators, etc.) must be identified and indicated in a Noise Management Plan, with the applicable noise mitigation measures clearly described. The Noise Management Plan must include the rotation schedule of outdoor playtime for the children.
