RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. Application for Regulation Departure in terms of Section 42(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, from item 22(d) of the Development Management Scheme to permit the covered bar area and covered generator area at 0.0m in lieu of 3.0m from the common boundary BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2019.
b. Application for Regulation Departure in terms of Section 42(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, from item 136B(c) of the Development Management Scheme to permit the boundary wall of 3.0m in lieu of 2.5m on the common boundary BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2019.
c. Application in terms of Section 42(h) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for Councils consent in terms title deed condition B.6(b) to permit the covered bar area and covered generator area to be within the 3.0m rear boundary BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2019.
