RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. An administrative penalty in the amount of R1 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 91964 (unregistered portion of Erf 91662) Cape Town, for the unauthorised building work in the form of a foyer and street boundary wall as shown on the plan drawn by Gordon Hart Architects, with drawing numbers 13:12:300 dated 2020-11-18.
b. An administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 91964 (unregistered portion of Erf 91662) Cape Town, for the unauthorised land use relating to a parking shortfall of 10 parking bays.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
